The form may collect your name, phone number, email address, land details, planned floor area, investment type and scope, budget, timing and message.

The server records essential security data. With consent, we measure visits and events; identifiers sent to Meta are normalised and SHA-256 hashed, which does not make them anonymous.

Form data is used to answer enquiries and take pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Correspondence security and legal claims rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta run only with consent under Article 6(1)(a). Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless service measurement.

Hosting, maintenance, security and communications providers may receive data only as needed. With consent, measurement data may be received by Google Ireland, Microsoft Ireland Operations and Meta Platforms Ireland.

We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards required by the GDPR.

We retain data while handling your enquiry and cooperation, then for legal, accounting or claims periods. Data based solely on consent is deleted when consent is withdrawn unless another legal basis applies.
